Chiara Rae Watts★★★★★2 weeks agoUnbelievable what they put my mom thru. Not only was her apartment a disaster due to pest control leaving her kitchen torn apart for over a month with no access to the fridge or sink, shelves and doors removed and put on the floor, where she fell a total of 3 times and broke her wrist twice. They also had her undress and be inspected by the director who is non medical personnel, they went thru her personal items, demanded she not lock her bedroom door for safety, overcharged her, refunded her, now sent me a bill, a man was molesting dementia patients, drugs being sold thru out the facility. Due to the neglect, abuse, and exploitation my mom went thru, the way the staff treated her and myself was unprofessional and unethical. My moms pain meds were withheld as punishment for standing up for herself and they made her life hell. Due to all the falls she is now possibly needing surgery for a brain bleed. I would never place anyone here and im surprised the DA hasn't investigated and shut this place down. There is so much more I could tell you, actively looking for an attorney to help my mom hold them accountable for all the harm, theft, abuse and sexual exploitation she went thru.

Colton Wright★★★★★a year agoGrand Court of Mesa is the grand luxury at an economy cost.
Wonderful food, the most caring residents! A beautiful new activities floor too! I love the activities!
Rick Fletcher★★★★★6 months agoLack of consistent leadership, lack of wellness organization, and also currently is infested with cockroaches. Unfortunately management doesn't take residence into consideration as much as they do themselves and employees. Their motto is company first.
