Melanie Shams★★★★★8 months agoThe Bluffs of Flagstaff is truly a beautiful community. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how welcoming and thoughtfully designed it is. The food is absolutely delicious, and the dining experience feels special and intentional. What stands out most, though, is the staff — they are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely friendly with the residents. The events they host do such a wonderful job of bringing everyone together and creating a real sense of connection and community. It’s clear the residents are well cared for and valued here.
M A★★★★★a month agoElizabeth was extremely helpful, compassionate and kind. She also took care of us during our search for a senior community for my father. I am thoroughly impressed with the services and staff at this facility, which ranks as one of the top facilities in the state.
Travis Blalock★★★★★2 months agoThe Bluffs has been wonderful for my Mom! You know you're in a great place, when all of the Staff is always in a great mood, and ALL of the guests are happy to be there! It's not an easy transition for an elderly person used to living alone, to move into a retirement community. But everyone at the Bluffs is helping her be comfortable! Extra Kudos to Elizabeth, who brought my Mom flowers after her surgery, to check in how she was doing. Definitely a sweet gesture, and meant a LOT!
neil himes★★★★★a month agoThe Bluffs of Flagstaff is such a warm and welcoming community. Everyone is friendly, caring, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable. There is always lots of events going on and it's wonderful to see how much the staff cares about the residents and their happiness. The beautiful Flagstaff setting is an added bonus. I'd highly recommend The Bluffs to anyone looking for a caring and vibrant senior living community. Thank you all for everything you do.

The facility is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure residents feel safe, valued, and cared for. Communication with families is also excellent, which provides great peace of mind.
We are truly grateful for everything the team does each day. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and supportive home for their loved one.
