Highgate's team, (noticeably impressive Franny B.) works collaboratively with outside providers and community organizations to ensure residents have access to valuable services, activities, and resources that enhance their quality of life. Their communication is responsive, their leadership is approachable, and their focus remains centered on the well-being and dignity of those they serve.
It is evident that Highgate strives to create an environment where residents feel respected, supported, and connected. I appreciate their partnership and their continued commitment to excellence in senior living services. I would confidently recommend Highgate Senior Living to families seeking a caring and professionally managed community for their loved ones.
Highgate Senior Living- Flagstaff has quickly become an engaging partner in our community engagement efforts with the police department. Generously and graciously hosting Coffee with a Cop events and Pizza with the Police events has enabled our partnership to flourish. None of this would be possible without the collective efforts of Angelique and Val who established the relationship and maintain consistent communications strengthen this partnership. Chief Antonio provides the food for these events and is always welcoming at the events. When we enter the facility, the welcoming face and smile of Pat sitting at the front desk is always a joy and her offering a snack or drink is icing on the cake. I have creating lasting friendships with the residents and enjoy spending time with them at the community engagement events all thanks to the sales team and friendly faces I mentioned. I look forward to continuing this partnership and strengthening the bonds.

Highgate Flagstaff is a beautiful facility and community! They have one of the absolute best chefs in town and I so enjoy visiting their community. They often have live music and events and it's a great joy to be present with them in the day to day adventures of doing life together.
A beautiful facility in a stunning setting, with lots of comfortable spaces like a public kitchen, private visiting rooms, and the lovely courtyard. The food is fantastic, and the calendar is full of engaging activities. The staff are loving and attentive. I visit my family member two or three hours almost every day. I've enjoyed the time I've spent with not just my family member, but the residents and staff, and have made several friends.
Highgate is a beautiful community! The grounds are well kept and pretty. Lots of outdoor seating and a courtyard to enjoy. The interior is clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
