We have been to several places and you could see the residents and staff weren't truely happy but at Mosaic it was the complete opposite. The staff and residents truely seemed happy and like they were really family. Lali was amazing and answered all our questions and but our minds as ease
Love Mosaic Gardens but was so sad when the tree from the lobby was gone. It was a nice source of conversation and place to gather and enjoy. Not to mention our granddaughter used to look forward to seeing the new decorations when we visit mom. Please reconsider and bring it back!! Looks so bare!
Horrible horrible place. The ED herself is a terrible person she loves to insult people that don’t live up to her expectations. Please I’m begging you take your love ones home or to a different place. They are better off with her in charge.
My wife of 46 years has Alzheimer's . I looked at a lot of places for memory care . This was the best choice I thought and prayed . And I was right . The whole staff has been great . I go everyday , they allow visitors 24 hours a day . I have been there during the day and into the night and have met and seen all of the staff . I have seen how they treat the residents and how they work , how they clean , how they feed them and what they feed them . I am so happy with my decision. I believe my beautiful wife will someday know I loved her so much to have her in a caring place as Mosaic Gardens Chandler . I posted this over a year ago and I feel even stronger in my feelings about Mosaic Gardens. My wife is very happy there and I continue to be very happy with my decision. Mosaic has not only cared and supported my wife but I as well. And I want to thank each and every staff member for their hard work and compassion.
My Gorgeous Wife had been at Mosaic for 2 and half years. She just passed in Jan. of 26. She was ill and declined quickly. I visited her everyday and loved her up and she loved me up back. The love the Care staff, the Management, the Corporate, the Kitchen, Housekeeping, the Maintenance all showed my Wife , myself and our 2 adult kids was so overwhelming!! I will never forget how great they made us feel over the time she was there. I love each and every one of you and the past staff as well. You will forever be in our hearts and prayers. You are our family. We love all of you and thank you !!
In Feb of 2024 we found we were needing a memory care unit for my brother. We heard about Mosaic Gardens thru a family member. We toured the facility and was very impressed with the facility and the personnel with whom we talked with. Emma Martinez handled all the arrangements over the phone.I went and flew with my brother to the Phoenix airport and we then went straight to Mosaic Gardens. The staff new we were coming and wow were they ready for us. There was a group of residents and staff waiting at the front door. We were received like we were long lost family. The room was ready along with the TV, we had sent eariler, was installed.
Since that day we have been there numerous times and all the staff have been very courteous and helpful.
This experience has been an eye awakening for my wife and myself along with my brother. We are totally overwhelmed and pleased with Mosaic Garden at Chandler. We especially would like to thank Emma, Wendy, Debi, Sandy, Stacha , Traci, Amanda, Karen, Cheri and Terry for their help and concern for our brother.
